Can I change or cancel my order? 
We start working on your order as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, that means we can’t edit your shipping address, cancel, or change your order once placed.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please, note that we also do not issue refunds for digital products ordered accidentally or due to personal error. If there are any issues for which we are responsible in your order, we will work to make it right by providing a replacement or a refund.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

How do I track my order?
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to be shipped. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within 7 days of receiving your order. with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

My package is lost!
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What does "Made To Order" mean?
Our products are made just for you! That means they are not printed until you order them. Once you place an order, your artwork is sent to production, printed, then shipped straight to your door.

What if my tracking info isn't updating?
USPS tracking can take 1-3 business days to update after packages are dropped off - especially during the holidays. Unfortunately, we have no control over the packages once they are dropped with USPS.

What if I do not receive my order?
If tracking has said that your package was delivered and you did not receive please reach out to us at hello@houseofsaturn.co

Kindly note that we are not responsible for shipping delays after a package has been dropped with USPS and lost packages.
