Processing time

Please allow2–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships. Orders placed after 2 PM PST are processed the next business day.

What does "made to order" mean?

Our products are made just for you! That means they are not printed until you order them. Once you place an order, your artwork is sent to production, printed, then shipped straight to your door.

Shipping & Returns

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking becomes active once the carrier scans the package.

Shipping Time

- U.S. orders: estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after shipping.

- International orders: estimated delivery in 7–25 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, postal delays, holidays).

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. If the order is already in production or the package has been shipped, we are unable to update the delivery address.

Delivered but Can’t Find Your Package?

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but your package has not arrived:

  • Please check with neighbors, your building reception/front desk, or other household members.
  • Review the tracking page for delivery photos or additional delivery notes.
  • If the package still cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. Kindly note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost after being marked as delivered by the mail carrier.

Disclaimer

Keep in mind that due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, the colors may look different when printed than they do on screen.
Any other textures or effects used in the artwork are intentional.
The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper you use.
If you're planning to print at a size larger than what's specified in the listings, please note that we can't guarantee the quality of the prints.

How can I download my files?

You will receive an automated email confirming your payment and it will include a link to your files. (Please, check your junk/spam/promoted folders).

What file should I use for printing?

The file you use for printing depends on the size you want. Please make sure you use the correct ratio for the size you want to print. You can find a list of sizes for each file ratio on the product photos.

What paper should I use for printing?

For best results, We recommend using matte heavyweight paper, or art paper, preferably around 170-200gsm.

Printing Guide

Print at Home:
Use s high quality & heavy weight matte paper for best results.

Local Print Shops:
Bring your files on a USB drive, email or upload to their online portal.
We recommend Staples, Walgreens, FedEx, Walmart, Costco, or your local print store.

Online Printing Services:
Try shutterfly.com, vistaprint.com, snapfish.com and lumaprints.com or other reputable services.

Claims & Returns

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made to order and instant download nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept exchanges or returns for size, color, or change of mind. Including orders placed by mistake or due to personal error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@houseofsaturn.co with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging label

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
Processing times:

- PayPal refunds: 24–48 hours

- Credit card refunds: 3–7 business days

Refunds Not Eligible If:

- The wrong shipping address was provided at checkout

- The package was not collected from the local post office

- The carrier marks the package as delivered but it is lost or stolen

- Claims fall outside our 48-hour reporting window

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacement or refund requests.
