Shipping Policy

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is completed.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships. Orders placed after 2 PM PST are processed the next business day.

Made to Order
All posters are made to order. Your artwork is printed and shipped after the order is placed.

Shipping Time

- U.S. orders: estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after shipping.

- International orders: estimated delivery in 7–25 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, postal delays, holidays).

Shipping Costs

- Free standard shipping in the U.S. for orders over $45.

- U.S. orders under $45: $4 flat rate.

- International standard shipping: $12 flat rate.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking becomes active once the carrier scans the package.

Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to update the destination.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. If the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier directly.

Once products are handed over to the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for any damaged packaging from shipment. In the event that your item is delivered with damage, please ensure to take photographs of the condition and contact the shipping provider to file a claim for a resolution.
